This homemade Chickoo Milkshake combines the caramel-like sweetness of ripe sapota with chilled milk to create a smooth and satisfying drink. It’s a family-friendly beverage that’s both nutritious and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe chickoos (sapota), peeled and deseeded
  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chickoo

Wash, peel, and remove the seeds from the ripe chickoos. Cut them into small pieces.

Step 2: Blend

Add the chickoo pieces, chilled milk, honey or sugar, cardamom powder, and ice cubes to a blender.

Step 3: Make the Milkshake

Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy.

Step 4: Serve

Pour the milkshake into serving glasses.

Step 5: Garnish

Top with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve immediately while chilled.
